The Old Vic Theatre hosted a conversation between Kim Cattrall and Graham Norton live on stage at the Savoy Hotel, London.

The conversation between the actress and the TV presenter formed part of a fundraising dinner for the theatre, and I was asked to film the event.

With photography remaining my focus I've yet to fully promote my filmmaking services, however when a client is in need its important to be ready and equipped to provide the goods.  This was one such occasion where priority was given to video content but where the client also required some simultaneous photographic coverage.

With five cameras around the venue locked off and filming the stage, I used the opening to the conversation as an opportunity to grab some stills from the wide camera.  This meant some minor interruption to the rolling video but I was quick and got it done before returning to the priority job of filming.
